Please briefly introduce yourself.

Kosetsu Clock was started in 2018.
2025 will be the seventh year.

You started purchasing vintage watches more than a year before that, so your career with vintage watches would be about eight years?
Since around 2008, we have been importing and retailing new watches from the UK, so there may be a few more in the watch industry alone.

In fact, the watch repair shop we currently work with was the one we asked to maintain the watches we imported from the UK, so we have a lot of connections that have led to our current structure.

Unfortunately, since we work with a watch repair workshop, we do not have any watch technicians in-house.
We generally outsource maintenance, and currently ask multiple workshops to do it depending on the content.
Simple finishing and cleaning are done in-house.
It would be nice to have a watchmaker on hand, but we're not up to the task yet.
Since we are outsourcing to a capable company, we cannot ask for unreasonable delivery times for the overhaul, so it may take some time for us to deliver your watch to you, but we would appreciate your understanding.

Our main business is clothing manufacturing and retail store management.
The shop where our products are lined up, called YEANAY, is our own store, with locations in Osaka, Kyoto, Kichijoji, and Shibuya.
It is currently run in a somewhat confusing format, so I think it may be difficult to get started.
We have finally launched a website dedicated to Kosetsu, and we feel that it is time to get things going properly, so we are working towards opening our own store in 2026.
We also do a small amount of wholesale of vintage watches to select shops.
This year-end we will be doing pop-ups at two select shops outside of our company.

We have been involved in the apparel and design industries for many years, so our strength seems to be our ability to make proposals from the perspective of fashion and design.
Perhaps because of this, the evaluations seem to be from a different angle than those of other watch shops.
I only realized that recently.
You'll be seeing a slightly different perspective on this site in the future.
