<After purchase process>

After payment is completed, products that have already been overhauled will be shipped within 3 to 5 days.
Products that have not yet been overhauled will be shipped after the overhaul is completed.

The maintenance period is approximately 1 to 1.5 months.

Delivery will be made by Sagawa Express .

*Ordered items will generally be shipped from YEANAY Osaka.
*We are unable to respond to orders or inquiries on days when our direct stores are closed (irregular holidays).

About shipping fees
Domestic shipping is free for orders over 33,000 yen (tax included).

However, if you purchase only the belt or if shipping costs are incurred for personal reasons, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Shipping costs vary depending on your area, so please check below.

About international shipping
We also ship overseas, so please feel free to contact us.
*Please note that shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Returns Policy
Due to the nature of vintage items, returns and exchanges are not accepted as a general rule.

Basically, we will handle the repair.
*Excluding cases where there is an initial malfunction (excluding exterior defects)

・If there is a problem with the product, please contact us within one week of receiving the product.
Please note that we will not be able to respond if the period has passed.

・We cannot accept returns due to customer reasons (such as the product being different from what you expected),
